For all orders received after 24 November and shipped before Christmas, we grant an extended right of cancellation until 10 January 2023 (timely dispatch is sufficient). Within germany you can use our returns portal for the return shipment.
If you order and pay by 1 pm, we will ship items in stock on the same day from Monday to Friday!
To make sure a package arrives in time for 24 December, we recommend ordering no later than 1 pm on Tuesday 20 December 2022.
Please note that we only ship after we have received payment. If you pay by bank transfer, the payment must be received by the specified time.
Shipments to destinations outside of Germany will take longer and should be ordered much sooner.
Please plan for longer parcel delivery times this year as well! Our shipping service provider DHL informs that due to high parcel volumes there may be delays in delivery in some cases.
