Where can the EDEA Spinner be used?
On a hard, smooth, clean surface indoors or outdoors.

How to use the EDEA Spinner:
Place one foot on the spinner with toes pointing towards the wide end. Start spinning slowly, looking for the pressure point. Push off with the free leg and start spinning.

Always follow the standard safety rules when exercising, especially keep enough distance from other athletes or objects!
